I am not confused about Country Pop. I simply only left 3 examples. Some people seem to be confused about what Country Pop is. Country Pop is what Country Music is now.
Country Pop began with singers like Dolly Parton and Alabama in the 70's. It continued with George Strait and Garth Brooks. It is now Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Rascall Flatts, Carry Underwood, etc. etc.
Sorry to bust your bubble but George Strait, Alabama, and Brad Paisley isn't country pop. That category belongs to Taylor Swift, Shania Twain, Rascal Flatts, Keith Urban, and Carrie Underwood.
Strait, Paisley, and Alan Jackson are the only ones keeping it country.
Plus, you forgot Bluegrass. It is a true country music sub genre.
