How many people in your league? Must be a shallow league as you have a lot of good players.
Does that empty RP spot mean you aren't playing one RP? If so, get someone in there immediately.
I'd be looking at Dmitri Young for offense, unless you need a specific position.
Otherwise, you need much more pitching, especially SPs. You should trade some of your offense for better pitching. Outside of Hudson, you don't have a true #1 pitcher so I'd be looking for an Oswalt, Beckett, Peavy, Chris Young, Sabathia, etc.
