Am I wrong to compare David Gilmour and Jimmy Page to God?
Their work has inspired me to pick up a guitar many many years ago and learn music which in turn has greatly enriched my life.
I know they are only human but the music they have created will live on forever and people will always be inspired by their music.
This IS NOT an intended insult to religion or anyone who follows any faith of any sort. What this is, is a question about how musicians of the classic rock era are truly immortal.
