Diet and exercise routines for losing 5 lbs in 1-2 weeks?
Lately, I've been overeating. A lot. For the past two days, I've eaten two whole bags of chex mix, each 1000 calories. I haven't been eating healthy either. What are some ways to lose 5 lbs in 1-2 weeks? I have a treadmill and 5 lb weights but I can't seem to get motivated...
it takes time to build motivation sometimes. for me, my motivation comes and goes every few months. just force yourself to start doing it. pay attention to what you eat and cut out unnecessary things or substitute them for healthier food. start running. and I don't think you'll lose it in 1-2 weeks. I think it will take 3-4 because it takes time to build the motivation and get into a healthy eating routine to keep it off.
but don't worry. if all you need to lose is 5 pounds, then you look good!
