installing traffic master vinyl self adhesive tiles?
After finishing off bits of our basement, we've come to the area where we need to install vinyl tiles. So I get the jist of it, but what I need to know is do I need to prime/seal concrete that already is painted red? my house was built in 1974, and has been water-free (knock on wood) since then. So is the paint enough, or should I go over with a can or two of primer? I intend to throughly clean the flooring (old indoor/outdoor carpet's under pad has disintegrated so I have to ensure all that dirt/dust is gone) plus I intend to roll down some mold inhibitor just incase?
Any suggestions to ensure a long stick would be appreciated 
Just clean the floor real good and stick the tiles to the paint. They should stick fine, have you lain a tile down on the floor overnight? Check in the morning to see if it has any moisture on the bottom, if no moisture they'll stick, if it's wet you'll fight it the rest of your life, lol
